Get an estimate of the additional costs such as those from homeowner’s insurance and real estate taxes. Don’t get surprised by closing costs! Typical home sales include lender fees loan processing, preparation fees, and escrow account creation fees. There are third-party fees to keep in mind as well: inspection fees, insurance, and title search fees could be included. Look at a few loan programs, compare the pros and cons of each as well as seeking pre-approval or pre-qualification status. Visit local Realtors, they will better understand Richmond Hill and the surrounding areas as well as knowing about a few hidden gems! Create a basic list of the home features that you absolutely want, then create additional sections with nice-to-haves.
